A K.U.Leuven master thesis, written in cooperation with Tsinghua University and published in the Journal of Interactive Marketing, sheds light on differences in online information search behavior of Chinese and Belgian consumers.  The observed differences occur in frequency, goal, types of information sought, types of websites used, search engine usage patterns, and contribution of user opinions.
